At RoyalCare Medical Staffing, Inc., we want to make the application process easy, simple and convenient for you. Submitting your application does not obligate you to take an assignment with us, it just allows us to have your information on file for when you are ready to start!  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.  Please also see our FAQ section - it may answer many of the questions you have about the application process and RoyalCare in general.

 

 

There are one of three ways to get started:

 

Option #1 - Print Application and Mail, Fax, or Email It Back To Us.

If you would like to print the first step of the application and return it to us, click here to download the file (Acrobat Reader is needed) and complete it at your convenience.  Then return it via fax (814-204-0509), mail (1307 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602), or email (info@royalcarestaffing.com).

We will then review your information and consider you for a position as a RoyalCare employee.

 

 

Option #2 - Call and We Will Mail You an Application

If you would like an application mailed to your address, call RoyalCare at 1-877-ROYAL91 ext.2 (1-877-769-2591 ext.2).

 

 

Option #3 - Apply Online (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - TAKES LESS THAN 10 MINUTES)

The most efficient way to complete an application with RoyalCare is through our online application option.  This will allow our staff to quickly process your information and eliminate much of the paper work (and stamps) associated with the first two options. 

 

Before you apply online, you may want to locate the following information that will be needed to complete the first step of the application.

  • Name and phone number of 3 personal references.
  • Previous employer(s) contact information.
  • License / Certification number.
  • Drivers license number.

Please also note that you must complete the short form below before applying online.  Once you complete this form, you will be automatically taken to the application portion of this website.  You will be required to provide a username (it will be your email address) and password.  Please remember this information (it will also be emailed to you automatically at the email address you provide).  Please complete as much of the application as possible.  However, if there is some information you do not have, you can always return to the application to complete it at a later time (by going to "Login" on the menu at the top of the screen).  Or, a RoyalCare representative can assist you with completing it at a later time.
