At RoyalCare Medical Staffing, Inc., we want to make the application process easy, simple and convenient for you. Submitting your application does not obligate you to take an assignment with us, it just allows us to have your information on file for when you are ready to start! However, we strongly suggest that you complete the application on-line by utilizing the following steps:
Step#1
Online Applications: - The first step of the application can be 100% completed online. By clicking on the link in red below, you will be able to begin the process of applying for a position at RoyalCare. Before you begin step one, you may want to locate the following information that will be needed to complete the first step of the application.
- Name and phone number of 3 personal references.
- Previous employer contact information.
- Nurse license / certification number.
- Drivers license number.
Once you begin step 1 of the application, you must complete it in its entirety. In other words, you CANNOT save it half way through and finish it later. However, if there is information that is required on the application that you do not have readily available, a RoyalCare representative can fill it in for you at a later date.

Step#2
Exams: Once you complete the online application, you are required by JCAHO standards to complete the appropriate tests based on your specialty (3-4 exams based on the specialty you are applying for). RoyalCare offers the convenience of taking the tests on-line. You simply click on the tests below, under your specialty, and enter the password (this will be provided to you once you complete the online application in step 1), fill in your name, email address, and complete the exam. You are required to score at least an 80% to pass the various exams (your score will be given at the end of the exam when you hit "finish"). In order for your test to be counted, you must answer all of the questions and complete the entire exam in one-sitting (you CANNOT save an incomplete exam and finish the rest at a later time). Results will only be calculated only after you hit "finish" after the last question in each exam (if you close the browser before the exam is over, you will have to start over - none of your answer will be counted). If you do not pass an exam (score at least 80%), a RoyalCare representative will assist you in order to understand the questions you missed.
