For example. Let’s say you set the pay rate at $30 for our RN. Our fee is $12.00 ($30 x 40%). Your bill rate is $42.00/hour ($30+$12.00). Nothing more. It’s that simple.
What does the 40% fee inlcude? - Readily available nurses: RoyalCare nurses come ready to work, with the exact skills requested. All nurses are employed by RoyalCare (we never use independent contractors).
- A complete profile for each nurse: Nurse credentials which meet JACHO standards (educational details, medical records, professional credentials, background checks, licenses, work experience details, skills checklists, nurse tests, etc.)
- Convenience: RoyalCare’s online staffing system makes it simple to request nurses. No faxes or phone calls needed. Our nurses are available 24-7, when you need them.
